1. Acceptance and eligibility
By registering for, accessing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Nature of the service
VBeau provides one-to-one fictional AI boyfriend companionship through text, synthetic voice, AI-generated fictional character images, memory, and relationship stages. Characters are not real people and their replies are generated by AI.
The service is not a dating, matchmaking, social-discovery, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency service. Users cannot discover, contact, or match with one another through the product.
3. Account responsibilities
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your email address available.
- Protect passwords, passkeys, two-step verification information, and signed-in devices.
- Do not share, sell, transfer, or impersonate another person through an account.
- Change credentials and contact support promptly after suspected unauthorized access.
4. Free access and subscription pricing
Each character currently includes 3 free conversation rounds with no credit card required. Once live payments open, the displayed Unlimited Chat plan price is US$49 per month. The price, currency, taxes, and period shown at checkout before confirmation control the transaction.
As of the date above, live payments are still being prepared and reviewed. Test Mode does not create real charges. Creem will act as Merchant of Record for future payments, taxes, receipts, and related payment obligations.
5. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Once live subscriptions open, monthly subscriptions renew as described at checkout until canceled. An in-product Creem Customer Portal or equivalent flow will let you view and cancel a subscription; cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid period.
Refunds will follow the policy shown at checkout, Creem's consumer process, and applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these Terms. We will not enable live subscriptions before the in-product cancellation path is available.
6. AI output and risk
- AI may produce inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, or unexpected content.
- Character statements do not represent the views of the operator, providers, or any real person.
- Do not rely on the service for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other high-impact decisions.
- If you are in danger, crisis, or need professional help, contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or a qualified professional.
7. Acceptable use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. The product is strictly SFW and prohibits pornography or sexual services, sexual content involving minors, real-person deepfakes or face-swaps, impersonation, voice cloning, unlawful activity, harassment, hate, and attempts to bypass safeguards.
8. Your content and processing license
As between you and us, you retain rights in content you lawfully submit. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to what is needed to host, copy, transmit, analyze, and transform that content to operate, secure, and improve the service. The license ends when content is deleted, except for limited copies required for legal retention, backups, or processing already completed.
You represent that you may lawfully submit the content and that it does not infringe another person's rights or include sensitive information without authorization.
9. Product and generated-content rights
The website, code, brand, character designs, interface, and materials provided by the operator are protected by intellectual-property law. Except as expressly allowed, you may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar products from them.
Subject to these Terms, you may save generated content for lawful personal use. AI-generated material may not be exclusive or fully protectable by intellectual-property law, and we do not guarantee originality or suitability for commercial use.
10. Third-party services
Authentication, AI, storage, analytics, communication, and payments depend on third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply, and outages, policy changes, or unavailability may affect VBeau.
11. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for security, compliance, maintenance, or product improvement, and will give reasonable notice of material adverse changes when practical.
12. Suspension, termination, and account deletion
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates legal or security risk, evades payment, or abuses the service. You may delete your account in-product; an active subscription must first be addressed through the live subscription flow. Records legally required to be retained are not erased by account deletion.
13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant AI-output accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or a particular outcome, and are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that could not reasonably be anticipated.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, and mandatory liability under applicable consumer law.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the product or law changes. Material updates will be communicated reasonably before they take effect; continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Contact the support email shown on this page for terms, billing, or account questions.
