1. Core boundary: SFW only
The service is for adults, but the product content itself must remain SFW. You may not use roleplay, coded language, staged prompts, or other methods to evade this boundary.
2. Sexual content is prohibited
- Explicit pornography, sexualized nudity, descriptions of sexual acts, sexual services, or sexual transactions.
- Non-consensual, coercive, incestuous, bestial, or otherwise exploitative sexual content.
- Attempts to generate the above through filter bypasses, euphemisms, other languages, encoding, or multi-step prompting.
3. Protection of minors
Any sexualization, grooming, exploitation, or abuse involving minors is strictly prohibited, including fictional, AI-generated, minor-appearing content or attempts to evade the rule by claiming a character is legally adult. Suspected violations may result in immediate termination and legally required reporting.
4. No real-person imitation or privacy abuse
- Requests for real-person deepfakes, face-swaps, facial manipulation, impersonation, or misleading synthetic media.
- Cloning, imitating, or impersonating a real person's voice, or presenting character output as real-person communication.
- Submitting another person's sensitive data, intimate images, credentials, or personal data without authorization.
- Stalking, harassment, extortion, deception, defamation, or violation of privacy or intellectual-property rights.
5. Other prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal activity, fraud, payment abuse, malware, intrusion, weapon construction, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Hate, discrimination, threats, glorification of extreme violence, or harassment targeting a person or group.
- Encouraging suicide, self-harm, eating disorders, or other real-world harm. Contact local emergency services for immediate risk.
- Using the service for professional diagnosis, emergency decisions, or manipulation of vulnerable people.
- Unauthorized automation, scraping, reverse engineering, stress testing, rate-limit evasion, or interference with the service.
- Selling or transferring accounts, bulk registration, abuse of free access, or evasion of subscription and access controls.
6. Additional image and voice rules
Images may only depict the fictional characters and safe scenes offered by the product; uploading real faces for face-swaps is not supported. Synthetic speech only uses preset product voices, with no upload, training, or cloning of a real person's voice.
7. Moderation and enforcement
We may use automated systems and human review to evaluate prompts, conversations, and generation requests. Requests may be blocked when denied, flagged, moderation is unavailable, or safety cannot be confirmed. We do not promise to continue generation when safety systems fail.
Violations may result in rejected content, feature restrictions, subscription or account suspension, termination, and reports to authorities where legally required or where serious real-world risk exists.
8. Reports and appeals
To report a violation, appeal a mistaken block, or disclose a safety issue, email the support address shown on this page with the account email, approximate time, and necessary context. Do not repeat illegal or highly sensitive content in the email.
